Vendor Information

All Vendors must go to the flea market office for space assignments.

• Indoor space available -- (for information contact flea market office) 

• All fees to be paid in flea market office

• NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

• SORRY NO REFUNDS !

Tables

• $18.00 per day

• Merchandise not to obstruct walkways

• Open Space Approx. 30' x 25' -- $23.00 per day

• In open spaces you provide your own tables

• Vehicles, merchandise and displays are to be limited to designated space rented

Farm Yard

• $18.00 per day

• Water available

• Animals may only be sold in the Farm Yard area.  

Ground Space

• Spaces to be filled in order  

• $18.00 per day

• Approx. 15' x 20'.  These are first come, first serve.

Reservations are not necessary, but we do accept them with advance payment. No refunds will be given.  If you plan to attend on Sunday, May through October, we do strongly suggest an advance reservation. All tables rented for Sat. are for Sat. only unless other arrangements are made with the office. We do not accept reservations by telephone or mail.

We accept seasonal reservations for full weekends only. Reserved tables will be held until 8:00 a.m.  If you want a table held later you may pay in advance. If rent is not paid by 10:00 a.m. there will be an extra $2.00 charge

You are required to collect 5.3% Va. State Sales Tax.If you have a Va. Dealer Exemption Certificate you are able to file your own taxes, if not envelopes will be provided in which to return your tax to the office.After the office is closed please deposit in receptacle provided, outside of office, when you leave for the weekend.This will be remitted to the state by Shen-Valley Auction Co. Inc.

Clean Up

We ask that you remove all trash from flea market premises. No furniture or unsold merchandise to be left on flea market grounds. Trash barrels are for the shopping public and not to be filled with empty boxes and packing materials.

Canopies

All canopies must be securely tied down. Ropes and tie down devices must not obstruct walkways.

Pets

No pets allowed throughout the flea market before during or after regular flea market hours. If you are a vendor and bring a pet it must be on a leash and contained in your area.
YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET !!

Radios

This will include all NOISE PRODUCING DEVICES. To be played for your own personal use and not in a manner to disturb your neighbor.

Food

Food and drinks are to be sold only by approved concession people.

Prohibited

• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

• NO BICYCLES TO BE OPERATED ON PREMISES

• NO PROFANITY 

• NO ABUSIVE CONDUCT

• NO GAMBLING  

ITEMS NOT TO BE SOLD:

• NO GUNS (This will include black powder guns, longarms, pistols, & blowguns. We will allow the sale of antique guns that are at least 100 years old)

• NO TOBACCO PRODUCTS

• NO PORNOGRAPHY

• NO COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE

• NO MINI CROSSBOWS

If management finds any of these items being sold, you will be asked to leave the market.
